Jesse is a great mentor, leader, teacher, and friend. I worked with Jesse on many of his patent litigation matters as a junior associate at Shook, where he took a genuine interest in my professional and personal development. For example, Jesse not only gave me an opportunity to argue disputed claim terms at a Markman hearing, he spent hours with me, including a full mock hearing, to refine my oral argument.
